  2. Improve the graduation rate by 2026 as follows:
    1. 61% in four years
    2. 70% in five years
    3. 72% in six years
  3. Improve the Facilities Condition Index (FCI), which is used to assess current and projected conditions of a building’s assets.
  4. Increase the number of students receiving financial assistance.
